Senior Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager Location: north West London Project Value: £20m Sector: Basement, groundworks, RC Frame Overview We''re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile £20m scheme in north West London, working for a leading specialist contracting group. This project needs an individual with a strong track record delivering similarly sized RC Frame projects. Scope of Works You will be responsible for this scheme from preconstruction through to handover, including: Basement excavation/construction Foundations Piling RC Frame construction External works Key Responsibilities Full project ownership from pre-construction through to handover Leadership of multidisciplinary teams (engineering, TW design etc) Programme development, monitoring, and recovery planning Management of complex sequencing, logistics, and constrained site operations Stakeholder management including client and local authorities Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards Risk identification, mitigation, and reporting Requirements Proven track record delivering large-scale (£15m+) Demonstrated expertise leading inner London projects Experience with basements and RC Frame methodology Experience with constrained site logistics Excellent leadership and communication skills Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar ..... full job details .....
