Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager required. Our client is a well-established and market leading design and manufacturer of equipment for the Construction and Building Services / HVAC industries, who are based in the Hertford area.

In order to support the ongoing growth of the business they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their busy Contracts Management team.

Senior Project Manager Position Overview

Taking overall responsibility for project delivery within budget and deadlines from the point of order through to handoverManaging suppliers and subcontractors to ensure they meet the required standardsReviewing contractual and commercial requirements including health and safetyOverseeing the design process to ensure they meet the client''s specification within CDM regulationsAttending meetings with customers and suppliersMonitoring project spends and reporting potential issues to the contracts teamLiaising with stakeholders on project progress

Senior Project Manager Position Requirements

5+ years of experience within a project management role in the Construction industryRelevant training with SMSTS, IOSH and CSCS Manager cardPrepared to travel and have a full driving license.Strong communication and negotiation skillsExperience working within the MandE or HVAC sectors is desirableBased in a commutable distance of HertfordIT literate, including Microsoft Office software.

Senior Project Manager Position Remuneration

50,000 - 65,000 depending on experienceCompany laptop and phone33 days holiday per annum (Inc. Bank Holidays)Private Health Insurance (after qualifying period)PensionDeath in Service Benefit
