Senior Project Manager, Software, Migration, Andover, Hampshire to £80,000, 6 month fixed term ,Pro-rata (Hybrid) This is a great role for a Senior Project Manager to join an exciting Software company in a fixed role and to be part of their growth journey. Anexperienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of one of the most significant implementations in their portfolio: a large-scale, multi-site rollout of their financial management software for a major institutional customer.This is a fast-paced, high-profile programme delivered through a phased, pilot-then-wave approach, offering immediate ownership of a complex, multi-stakeholder delivery in order to meet critical end-of-life customer timeframes. ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end delivery governance for a large-scale, multi-site software implementation, from mobilisation through pilot, wave rollout, hypercare and transition to steady-state support. Lead a stage-gated delivery lifecycle. Chair and report into project governance forums, including a joint project board, managing escalation routes from workstream leads. Own weekly status reporting covering milestones, risks, issues, budget and decisions, and maintain the master delivery plan and critical path. Maintain a RAID log with clear ownership, mitigations and target dates, escalating appropriately.
