Senior Project Manager

Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in healthcare construction projects? This is an excellent opportunity to join an established construction consultancy delivering a varied portfolio of projects across the built environment. We are looking for a confident, client-facing Project Manager who can take ownership of complex healthcare schemes, lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver projects successfully from inception through to completion.The RoleAs Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing healthcare projects, building strong client relationships and ensuring schemes are delivered to the required programme, budget and quality standards. Key responsibilities will include:Leading the delivery of healthcare construction projects from initial feasibility and briefing through design, procurement, construction and handover.Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear advice and maintaining strong working relationships.Managing multidisciplinary consultant teams, contractors and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Monitoring project programmes, budgets, risks and quality, identifying potential issues and implementing appropriate solutions.Overseeing procurement, tender processes and contract administration where required.Preparing project reports, progress updates and recommendations for clients and senior stakeholders.Coordinating design development and ensuring project requirements are met, ..... full job details .....
