Senior Project Manager x 2 A well-established UK business is investing heavily in digital transformation and AI-led operational improvement, with a growing focus on embedding AI agents and automation into core business processes. As part of this journey, they''re looking for two experienced Project Managers to help shape and deliver a range of business change initiatives across the organisation.Role Overview:Location: Remote based with ad-hoc travel to Leicester (1-2 times per month)Day Rate: £500- £600 per day Inside IR35Contract Length: 4-6 months initially with scope for further extensionWhat You''ll Be Doing:Lead a range of business change and AI-focused projects across the organisationSupport the rollout of AI agents and automation initiatives designed to improve operational efficiencyHelp shape project scope, planning and delivery approach within evolving transformation programmesWork closely with internal AI Engineering teams and external delivery partners where requiredDrive end-to-end delivery for smaller change initiatives, while helping mobilise larger transformation projectsTranslate business requirements into practical delivery plans and measurable outcomesNavigate a mix of agile and traditional delivery methods depending on project and stakeholder needsEngage and influence stakeholders across operational, business and technical teamsMonitor delivery progress, manage risks and maintain momentum across multiple initiativesSupport the wider business through ..... full job details .....
