Senior Project Manager

Role 1 — Senior Project ManagerRole Overview: As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing a diverse portfolio of projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and control activities.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.

Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Manage project documentation, reports, and communication effectively.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise project delivery processes.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or consultancy industry.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to prioritise tasks, make sound decisions, and solve problems efficiently.

Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards is advantageous.
