Senior Project Leader

Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for a Senior Project Leader - Defence / Nuclear on a permanent basis, hybrid working will be supported.

UK-Wide (travel required, can be based from anywhere)

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Leader to join a leading UK-wide Defence client on a permanent basis.
This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in delivering complex, high-value projects across the Defence or Nuclear sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the successful delivery of large-scale, multidisciplinary projects across the UK Defence market
• Engage with senior stakeholders and manage project governance
• Ensure delivery to time, cost, and quality requirements
• Drive project performance and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading and delivering major projects within the Defence or Nuclear industries
• Strong stakeholder and risk management skills
• Ability and willingness to travel across the UK as required
• Eligible for UK security clearance (or already hold it)
