In this pivotal role, you will provide technical and commercial leadership to teams of core and subcontract stress engineers, driving the design, development, and certification of optimized composite and metallic airframe structures. You will establish enterprise-wide modelling standards, govern critical structural test campaigns, and resolve high-level manufacturing escalations to ensure all aircraft meet the highest safety and certification requirements.
