This is an opportunity to join a nationally significant infrastructure programme at a critical stage, working on the Washwood Heath depot in Birmingham. Valued at around £500m, the project spans the full lifecycle from detailed design through construction and into testing and commissioning, offering long term involvement and meaningful technical responsibility. The organisation operates at the centre of UK rail investment, delivering complex, high profile assets that will support future rail operations for decades. It is known for managing large, multidisciplinary programmes and for investing heavily in engineering capability, governance and professional development. In this role you will lead elements of engineering delivery across a complex mix of civils, buildings and rail works. You will work within an NEC contract environment, coordinating designers, contractors and stakeholders, managing interfaces and technical risk, and ensuring delivery aligns with programme, safety and quality requirements.
