Senior Project Engineer

Nova Talent is partnering with a leading engineering and technology organisation to recruit a Senior Project Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer with strong project coordination skills to lead complex product development activities from concept through to manufacture. Working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, you''ll play a key role in planning, coordinating, and driving project delivery, ensuring technical, commercial, and operational objectives are achieved. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will coordinate development activities across multiple projects, acting as the link between engineering, operations, supply chain, and programme management teams. Key responsibilities include: Planning, coordinating, and tracking engineering project activities across the product lifecycle. Supporting the creation and maintenance of key project documentation, including project plans, release plans, and statements of work. Managing schedules, milestones, resources, and project dependencies. Monitoring project risks and ensuring appropriate mitigation actions are in place. Coordinating prototype builds, engineering materials, and development equipment. Working with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure projects remain on track. Managing third-party development activities and supplier deliverables. Facilitating project review meetings and reporting project status to stakeholders.
