Role: Senior Projects Engineer - MSP Education ( Hybrid ) Location: BuckinghamshireSalary: £40,000 - £47,000Benefits:Pension SchemeCar schemeCycle schemeEye care scheme Mental health first aid Employee assistance programmeEmployee recognition schemeOur Client is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated and experienced Senior Project Engineer to join an existing technical support team based at our Princes Risborough office to provide an outstanding level of customer service and high-end technical support to our schools.You will report into the Head of Projects. You will work closely with the projects team to deliver technical projects as well as supporting our solutions Architect with pre-sales queries and pre-configuration tasks for infrastructure installs. Key Responsibilities include:Lead on technical design and documentation for projects and tendersAct as a point of contact for technical queries during project deliveryCollaborate with schools and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and progressCreate and manage schedules of work and project plansSupport presales activity with technical input and timely responsesAttend project meetings and contribute to technical discussionsHelp train and support team members where neededMaintain high standards of documentation and customer serviceOur ideal candidate will have:Microsoft certificationNetworking certificationExperience managing ICT projects from start to finishStrong knowledge of:Windows Server, Office 365, ..... full job details .....
