Reporting within our Design Engineering Department, you will play a critical role in providing leadership and technical authority, with dedicated responsibility for night-shift Material Review Board (MRB) design support. A key feature of the job is cultivating and maturing skills and experience within the Design Engineering Department. This will include taking action to ensure that lessons learned are embodied into updated procedures and/or deliverables. Particular emphasis will be on ensuring that the design of the product meets the applicable design requirements laid down by the design authority and the successful candidates will direct the activities of staff within the integrated product design team to ensure that this goal is met. Provide coverage on nightshift for all MRB related Design activities.
