Senior Project Engineer

Our client are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to oversee the design and manufacture of gloveboxs used within the nuclear sector. This is a permanent role based at their site in Lancashire. You will work closely with clients, project teams, and key stakeholders to drive performance, manage risks and opportunities, and ensure that project objectives are achieved. Key ResponsibilitiesProject DeliveryLead and coordinate assigned projects to ensure successful delivery against agreed scope, budget, quality, and schedule.Monitor project performance and proactively identify and manage risks, opportunities, and issues.Implement and manage change control processes to effectively capture and manage project variance.Drive project teams to deliver in line with contractual requirements, project plans, and business objectives.Develop and maintain accurate project schedules, status reports, and performance metrics.Support the implementation of corrective actions when performance deviates from plan.Client and Stakeholder ManagementBuild and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.Prepare and deliver regular project updates and reports.Attend client and internal review meetings, ensuring actions are tracked and completed.Promote clear, timely, and professional communication across all ..... full job details .....
