Senior Project Engineer

Your new company A leading UK infrastructure contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join a major scheme in the Midlands. Working on a high-profile infrastructure project, you will play a key role in coordinating engineering activities, managing site teams, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Your new role Managing engineering teams and supporting project delivery on site Coordinating construction activities with operations, commercial and planning teams Reviewing and implementing construction methodologies and temporary works requirements Ensuring compliance with quality assurance procedures, ITPs and project specifications Managing subcontractors and resolving technical issues as they arise Supporting programme delivery and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency Producing and reviewing RAMS, permits and engineering documentation Liaising with the client, stakeholders and wider project team What you''ll need to succeed Degree or HNC/HND qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline Proven experience working as a Senior Engineer, Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer on major infrastructure projects Strong understanding of highways, rail or heavy civil engineering works Experience managing site engineering teams and subcontractors Knowledge of temporary works, quality management and construction methodologies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills ..... full job details .....
