Senior Project Designer

A senior interior design role supporting complex hospitality projects from concept through completion in London. Working across high-end FandB, spa and large-scale hotel developments, you will lead design delivery, coordinate project teams and provide creative and technical direction. This position suits a designer with at least eight years of relevant hospitality design and project management experience, confident managing client communication, documentation, consultants and contractors. The contract is expected to start in October 2026.Role and ResponsibilitiesLead design delivery across all project phasesDevelop project vision with senior design leadershipCoordinate clients, consultants, operators and contractorsOversee drawings, specifications, schedules and presentationsDelegate work and mentor project team membersYou will provide design and technical direction while coordinating closely with FFandE teams. Responsibilities also include monitoring resources, fees, programmes, budgets and potential schedule changes.Skills and Experience RequiredAt least eight years of relevant hospitality experienceStrong interior architecture and design knowledgeExcellent colour, material and composition skillsAdvanced AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite capabilityStrong technical, presentation and communication skillsGood working knowledge of SketchUp is required.
