Senior Project Design Engineer Lead

FINTEC recruit is supporting hiring for a Senior Project Design Engineer Lead.  This is a permanent role based in Brighton, working 37 hours per week Monday to Friday, Hybrid working opportunity.  Salary is negotiable depending on experience with a range from £50,000 up to circa £74,000 plus benefits/bonus.  An opportunity to be involved in projects with long term benefits to the environment.  There is will be travel visiting project sites.

Responsibilities:

• Technical input for design, construction and commissioning processes
• Technical authority on engineering design tasks, leading inhouse design for infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects.
• Manage design team and lead on large critical projects

Skills and Experience required for the Senior Project Design Lead role:

• Degree qualified or HND/HNC in Engineering, Environmental or Science subject
• Chartered or working towards
• APM project professional certification desirable
• Managing Successful Programmes practitioner certification
• Some experience of the built environment desirable
• NEC for project managers
• Experience of bioresources desirable (not an essential)
