The team works on a hybrid basis, typically spending 2-3 days per week in the office.Your new roleAs Finance Manager / Senior Project Accountant, you will act as a key link between the finance function and project teams, ensuring the financial performance of projects is accurately monitored, communicated and optimised. You will oversee a small finance team while supporting senior leadership with timely, high-quality reporting and analysis.Key responsibilities include:Producing monthly management accounts, KPI reporting and weekly performance updatesOverseeing the full financial lifecycle of multiple projects, from set-up through to completionLeading monthly project finance reviews and challenging project teams on financial performancePreparing revenue forecasts, analysing project variances and updating forward projectionsProviding training and guidance to project teams on financial processes and controlsManaging three direct reports and providing cover across project accounting, AP, AR and timesheet functions when requiredManaging payroll and completing monthly balance sheet ..... full job details .....
