Senior Project Accountant

Accountable Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a growing UK-based organisation who are seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Accountant to join the team on a 9-12 month fixed-term contract. Based in Chester, you will work a hybrid model with just 1 day per week in the office. Fully remote candidates will also be considered. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced qualified accountant with a strong project and transformation background, particularly around ERP systems and legal entity restructuring. Salary/Benefits: Circa £80,000 9-12 month Fixed-Term Contract Hybrid working (1 day per week in Chester office) Fully remote considered Opportunity to play a key role in a significant finance transformation programme Job Duties: Support the post-implementation optimisation and embedding of NetSuite across the business. Review existing processes and identify opportunities to improve reporting, controls and system utilisation. Lead and support a project to hive up multiple legal entities, driving reporting efficiencies and simplification across the group structure. Partner with Finance, Tax, Legal and external advisors throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure the accurate migration, alignment and reporting of financial information across entities. Support the development of enhanced management reporting and business insights. Assist senior finance leadership with project reporting, analysis and key decision-making.
