Deliver real outcomes.Join the team as a Senior Progression Coach and take the lead in supporting young people facing homelessness to build resilience, secure housing, and access meaningful opportunities. You ll manage a small caseload while coaching and developing a team to deliver high-impact, person-centred support grounded in a strengths-based, therapeutic approach.We re looking for a confident leader with experience managing people, caseloads, and risk in fast-paced community settings.
