Senior Programme Manager

This is a dual-aspect role: you will be the architect of a new PMO function and the enforcer of high performance across a diverse multi-million-pound estate. You will be managing external PM consultant teams.Client DetailsYou will be working for a Tier 1 Building Consultancy team and be seconded into the client estate''s team 3 days a week, based in Cambridge.DescriptionWe are looking for a programme Manager to act as the strategic engine for a major client in Cambridge. You will be embedded within the client''s leadership team.Key ResponsibilitiesPMO Architecture: Design, implement, and manage a robust PMO function that brings clarity to a complex pipeline.Performance Accountability: You will oversee a suite of external consultant PMs and specialists.Senior Stakeholder Briefing: Translating complex construction data into clear, strategic advice for high-level client boards.Diverse Portfolio Oversight: Navigating the unique challenges of Cambridge development-from massive 100k+ sq ft new build structures to the intricacies of Grade II listed heritage refurbishments.ProfileIn order to be successful you need to be an experienced Project / Programme Manager and have led multi million pounds construction programmes.Experience managing external consultants with a focus on rigorous accountability and performance recovery.MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM or equivalent is expectedJob OfferA competitive salary ranging from £65,000 to £70,000 per annum.Comprehensive benefits package.The chance to ..... full job details .....
