Reporting to the Executive Director of Operations, you''ll play a pivotal role in driving our Big Change Programme (BCP), ensuring complex projects are delivered successfully, organisational change is embedded, and our investment in digital transformation delivers lasting benefits across Centrepoint. About us We help vulnerable young people by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently. Centrepoint provides homeless young people with accommodation, health support and life skills to help them move into education, training and employment. Our ambition is to end youth homelessness by 2037. Together with our partners, we support over 16,000 young people every year. The Big Change Programme is transforming the way Centrepoint works.
