We re looking for a Senior Programme and Peer Coordinator to join our team at HMP The Mount, working 35 hours per week on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You ll lead the delivery of our 6-week Bridge Programme, while helping to develop a strong culture of recovery and peer support across the service. The Bridge Programme is based on the 12-step principles of Alcoholics and Narcotics Anonymous and incorporates Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET) and the Seeking Safety approach. What you ll be doing You ll take the lead in delivering our client-centred treatment programme, supporting service users throughout their recovery journey. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Leading and facilitating the 6-week Bridge Programme, including intake, orientation, MET, Seeking Safety and Living Clean sessions.
