We’re looking for a Senior Programme & Peer Coordinator to join our team at HMP The Mount, working 35 hours per week on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You’ll lead the delivery of our 6-week Bridge Programme, while helping to develop a strong culture of recovery and peer support across the service. The Bridge Programme is based on the 12-step principles of Alcoholics and Narcotics Anonymous and incorporates Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET) and the Seeking Safety approach. What you’ll be doing You’ll take the lead in delivering our client-centred treatment programme, supporting service users throughout their recovery journey. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Leading and facilitating the 6-week Bridge Programme, including intake, orientation, MET, Seeking Safety and Living Clean sessions.
