Senior Program Manager - Thermal Products

Redhill, United Kingdom .Reporting to the Thermal Business Unit Program Management director, the Senior Program Manager will coordinate projects related to the Liquid Cooling product line globally, working closely with the Liquid Cooling Product Line leader. They will also manage a team of 3 Project Managers based in Redhill, UK.This role offers high visibility and impact, with opportunities to work on high-profile projects in the AI arena.Responsibilities:

Manage projects/programs in accordance with the Corporate NPDI process.Manage the Liquid Cooling project portfolio, aligning with business roadmaps.Coordinate resources across functions to staff projects and prioritize effectively.Develop and execute project plans, managing risks and dependencies.Drive cross-functional collaboration and teamwork to meet deadlines.Facilitate communication among stakeholders, including engineering, operations, and leadership.Track and report project performance, KPIs, and budgets.Identify and mitigate risks impacting timelines, scope, or quality.Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and efficiency.Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to define and develop solutions.Conduct post-launch analysis for future improvements.Qualifications for Success:
