?General responsibilities?- Develop and execute strategic transformation initiatives for across teams- Establish governance frameworks and KPIs for transportation network performance- Drive strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including C-level and external partners- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex, short-term or long-term programs- Develop and implement risk management frameworks

?Based on assignments?- Lead large-scale network optimization programs with significant business impact- Drive innovation in transportation network design through advanced analytics and emerging technologies- Architect next-generation logistics solutions incorporating AI/ML and predictive analytics- Lead organization-wide sustainability initiatives and carbon reduction strategies- Define and execute strategies for network expansion and capability enhancement

A day in the life- 9:00 - Review daily action plans and check emails/messages- 10:00 - Review sessions with upper management to strengthen planning initiatives- 12:00 - Lunch at Amazon Cafeteria- 13:00 – Conduct/negotiate with other team leaders to ensure all projects on track- 15:00 - Monitor progress of implemented projects and provide follow-up as needed- 16:00 – Propose new business opportunities based on data driven approach.- 17:00 – Check all daily activities and prepare for the next day
