Role Overview: Our UK office is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, customer-facing projects and programs, managing cross-functional teams, project scope, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder relationships for large Aerospace, Defence, Government, and Fortune 500 Clients. This role requires expertise in Agile methodologies, strong business analysis capabilities, and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable requirements that drive successful delivery. The Senior Program Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and a leader within internal project teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes and identifying opportunities for ongoing improvement and growth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Sr. Program Manager will serve as the main point of contact for Client engagements and maintain/manage the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization.
