The Opportunity We are recruiting for a well-established engineering and fabrication business seeking a Senior Production / Workshop Engineer to join their team. This is a hands-on, practical role focused on supporting workshop operations, improving job flow, and ensuring projects move efficiently from concept through to manufacture. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in reducing pressure on the senior engineer by taking ownership of day-to-day production coordination and workshop activities. The Role This is a varied position combining workshop coordination, production support, and practical engineering input. You will be responsible for ensuring that jobs are clearly defined, properly resourced, and delivered efficiently through the workshop.
