Senior Production Planner

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Production Planner to take ownership of planning across our production and manufacturing operations. This is a key role at the heart of our organisation, supporting the delivery of cutting-edge engineering programmes across vehicle, battery, and component manufacturing. Working closely with Programmes, Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams, you will ensure that materials, resources, and processes are aligned to meet demanding build milestones. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced prototype environment and can confidently manage evolving engineering data while keeping complex builds on track. As we continue to grow, you will also play an important role in shaping the future of our planning function, including processes and systems. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the master production schedule, ensuring alignment with project milestones and customer deliveriesTranslate engineering Bills of Materials (BoMs) and build requirements into clear, executable manufacturing plansCoordinate planning across fabrication, machining, composites, paint, battery build, and final assemblyIdentify risks, bottlenecks, and conflicting priorities early, and drive effective mitigation actionsCollaborate with Engineering and Programmes teams to manage design changes, build phases, and long-lead procurementProvide senior-level reporting on schedule adherence, work-in-progress, and resource utilisationSupport ..... full job details .....
