You will be expected to work directly on the production lines while simultaneously overseeing a small, fast-paced team. Your goal is to assist in ensuring that production targets are met, quality is uncompromised, and the unit operates smoothly. Key Responsibilities Shop Floor Leadership and Operations Active Production: Work "hands-on" on the production lines to maintain output. Team Supervision: Oversee a small team, ensuring staff are working efficiently and meeting hourly/daily targets. Technical Proficiency: Operate all production machinery (following training) and assist with basic maintenance to minimize downtime.
