We are working with a large Food Manufacturer in Ashford. Supporting them with appointing a new Senior Production Operative. This role is an alternating shift position. Monday to Friday: 6am 2pm for a week, then 2pm 10pm the next week. This then rotates. The role will be working within their production facility. Operating systems and production plant using computer screens and operator terminals. The role will also involve duties around packaging lines, some supervision of operative staff, ensuring KPIs are achieved, promoting good manufacturing processes etc. The role is paying a base rate of £13.78 per hour.
