Lead and develop a team of 30 (plus 4 team leaders)Drive output, quality, and reliability improvementsManage both make-to-order and make-to-stock productionEmbed lean tools, metrics (SQCDPI, OEE), and foster a high-performing team cultureBe highly visible in day-to-day operations and influence senior stakeholdersAbout You / Qualifications

Strong experience in CNC/edge banding (ideally KBB sector)Proven leadership in furniture manufacturingSuccess in high-mix, short-run environmentsAble to lead change and develop talentYou’ll need the credibility to lead experienced operators, adapt quickly, and balance detail with big-picture thinking.
