42.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (5 days out of 7)WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORAs the Senior Production Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of event production for a variety of high-profile events across Landing Forty Two and Control Room A such as conferences, dinners, brand activations and awards ceremonies. The successful candidate will work closely with event planners, vendors, and staff to ensure that all events are executed to the highest standard, on time, and within budget.WHAT YOU''LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Leading and managing all aspects of event production, including venue, vendors, equipment rental, logistics, and staff coordinationWorking closely with event planners to develop timelines, budgets, and production plans that meet the client\''s needs and expectationsLine management and development of a team consisting of a Production Manager and Junior Production ManagerEnsuring that all equipment and supplies are ordered, delivered, and set up in a timely and efficient mannerOverseeing the on-site production of events, ensuring that all activities are carried out smoothly and efficientlyCreating and implementing thorough RAMS and event safety plansManaging event staff, including scheduling, inducting and onsite coordinationCoordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure that all contracts are fulfilled and that all parties involved in the event are working together seamlesslyManaging event budgets, tracking expenses, invoicing and ensuring that all costs are kept within budgetTroubleshooting any issues that arise during events and working to find creative solutions that keep the event running smoothlyMaintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service, ensuring that all clients are satisfied with the event production processDeveloping and retaining client relationships to generate new opportunitiesWorking with the sales and marketing team to provide event specific information to help develop content and strategiesAct as a mentor and coach to junior members of the event production team, providing guidance and support as neededYOU\''LL NEED TO HAVE

At least 5-10 years of experience in event productionStrong sales ability in a fast-paced environmentExperience of collaborating with an external venue sales teamEager to develop and grow a venue\''s reputation, processes and production offeringStrong organisational and project management skillsAbility to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership and team management skillsAbility to build and maintain effective relationships with vendors and contractorsExperience working with event production software and tools, such as Vectorworks and CRM softwareAbility to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as neededKnowledge of event industry best practices and trendsExperience working with high-profile clients and managing VIP eventsProficient in Microsoft/Google packagesThis is a full-time position that may require travel and work outside of regular business hours.
