• Lead the development of new products into manufacturing

• Design & implement smart assembly lines, jigs, and fixtures

• Own SOPs, control plans & continuous improvement initiatives

• Work closely with R&D to drive design for manufacturability (DFM)

• Be hands-on with prototypes and NPI from day one

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)

• 5+ years' experience in a similar role

• SolidWorks skills & ERP/MRP system knowledge

• Strong grasp of Lean, Kaizen & PFMEA techniques

• Great communicator, team player & mentor

• Experience in electronics assembly or cable harnessing is a bonus
