What You''ll Do

Assemble, wire and troubleshoot AV racks

Lead and mentor production engineers

Ensure quality, safety and compliance

Collaborate with managers to refine processes

Support on-site projects and client handovers

What We''re Looking For

Solid technical knowledge of AV/VC/UC technologies

Leadership and mentoring experience

Organised, detail-driven, and calm under pressure
