What You''ll Do

• Assemble, wire and troubleshoot AV racks
• Lead and mentor production engineers
• Ensure quality, safety and compliance
• Collaborate with managers to refine processes
• Support on-site projects and client handovers

What We''re Looking For

• Solid technical knowledge of AV/VC/UC technologies
• Leadership and mentoring experience
• Organised, detail-driven, and calm under pressure
