We’re seeking a strategic yet hands-on
Senior Product Marketing Manager
to lead the go-to-market strategy for
Deepdesk , our true omnichannel AI solution. Deepdesk empowers agents and delights customers with real-time, intelligent support across email, chat, and voice tackling challenges like fragmented information and manual conversation summaries using
Generative AI .
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in
marketing AI technologies , particularly those familiar with
Microsoft Copilot
and similar innovations. You’ll be instrumental in shaping our
Virtual Agents and AI story , positioning AnywhereNow as a leader in next-gen customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Drive go-to-market product strategies from concept through launch and beyond.
Develop compelling product positioning and messaging frameworks that differentiate AnywhereNow in the CCaaS space.
Lead launch plans, sales enablement, and campaign asset creation.
Collaborate with product managers to align roadmap messaging with customer needs.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategy.
Partner with sales, support, and customer success to refine messaging.
Ensure consistent product storytelling across all marketing channels.
Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline impact, and product adoption.
Define and monitor KPIs such as adoption, engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact.
Establish feedback loops with sales, customers, and partners to inform strategy.

Qualifications
Proven experience in go-to-market strategy and product launches within CCaaS or enterprise SaaS.
Demonstrated success in promoting
Virtual Agent solutions
or similar
AI-driven platforms .
Experience marketing
AI technologies , especially
Microsoft Copilot , is a strong advantage.
Strong technical understanding with the ability to translate features into customer benefits.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
