Deeply analyze customers and business problems to identify the pain pointsRapidly create impactful and elegant solutions to specific problemsStrategically think of the product from high level to connect the missing dotsTake full cycle ownership of your work from ideation, design, review and feedback in the final test build and after releaseWork closely with highly talented Product Designers and team of EngineersAbove all - Be part of the journey to redefine a way of working for people all round the worldWhat we’re looking for
Minimum 5 years of product management experience in an HR company and in a fast-paced environment (ideally scaleup/start-up)Experience in US Payroll or Global PayrollStrong experience building data and analytics products from scratchIndependent and autonomous leaderUnderstanding of both UX and UICan lead and bring other product teams on board to deliverTotal Rewards
