Role overview As the Senior Product Manager for Subscriptions and Offers across our streaming services, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience for all subscription change journeys-including upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, pauses, and plan modifications. This position is responsible for driving innovation and scalability within backend systems to support evolving business models and meet the dynamic needs of our customers.What you''ll do Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for subscription management backend systems. Align product priorities with business objectives, customer experience goals, and technical feasibility. Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deliver robust, secure, and scalable backend solutions. Ensure seamless integration with billing, identity, and customer support systems. Manage the product backlog, write clear user stories, and prioritise features based on impact and effort.
