Develop and execute detailed NPI and NPD roadmaps aligned with strategic goals. Be the visionary behind our product journey.Strategic Initiatives:
Lead cross-functional innovation projects that push boundaries and bring fresh ideas to life.PandL Support:
Drive profitability through strategic financial planning and cost management. Monitor and manage PandL to ensure financial health.Leadership:
Mentor and guide Product Managers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.Margin Analysis:
Conduct detailed margin analyses to forecast trends and adjust strategies using data-driven insights.Additional responsibilities include:Scoping and pitching business casesManaging NPD and CAPEX investmentsSupporting commercial management for growth and profitabilityOperational planningMarket and competitor analysisQualifications and Experience For Senior Product Manager Role:
Degree in Engineering or Business ManagementProven Product Management experience with
physical engineered/manufactured or assembled productsStrong leadership and team-building capabilitiesExcellent analytical skills and attention to detailExceptional communication and presentation skillsProactive and innovative mindsetAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsHigh competency in Microsoft Word and PowerPointAbility to work independently and influence cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with NPD, SIOP, and Engineering Change processes
