OpenPayd is committed to providing businesses with a fully compliant solution across all markets, leaving your business to focus on growth.How will you add value to the OpenPayd journey?Deliver new banking integrations across SEPA, SWIFT, FPS, and other local and cross-border payment schemes.Take ownership of the technical analysis of partner documentation and APIs to ensure feasibility and alignment with our platform.Lead the end-to-end delivery of integration projects, from initial scoping to testing and launch.Work closely with engineering, compliance, and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant integrations.Identify and drive improvements across existing banking connections, focusing on reliability, performance, and coverage.Stay informed on regulatory and scheme updates and assess their impact on our integration landscape.The ideal candidate will have the following:Proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple integration tracks simultaneouslyA technical background or strong technical understanding (e.g. APIs, partner specs) is a strong advantageStrong communication skills and the ability to work across teams and functionsA solid understanding of payment schemes and banking infrastructureAbility to turn complex requirements into clear, actionable deliverablesMin. 5-10 years Product experience or related fieldStrong understanding of Product design methodologies and product workflowsUnderstanding on Banking as a service concept within B2B environmentsOur perks and benefitsPersonal training budget - £3000!Cycle to Work schemeDiscounted gym membership - £80 towards any gymTravel loanCompany Pension plan25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays and Extra day for your BirthdayWe’d like you to take a read of our
