Job DescriptionSenior Product Manager with a strong strategic mindset:

Take charge of key product areas from concept to scale. Define the vision, shape the strategy, and drive the road-map in alignment with company goals.

Partner with engineering, design, data, and business teams to build products that customers love and that deliver measurable impact.

Identify pain points through discovery, research, and experimentation. Validate ideas and iterate quickly.

Utilize data effectively by combining quantitative insights and qualitative feedback to make bold, informed decisions.

Influence and align stakeholders across the business by clearly communicating product direction and securing buy-in at every stage.

The Successful Applicant

Proven track record of shipping successful products that deliver meaningful business impact.

Ability to define and execute product strategy, balancing short-term priorities with long-term vision.

Excellent communication skills and hands-on experience working in agile software development environments with engineering teams.

Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and a bias for action.

Previous experience in FinTech, payments, or platform industries is advantageous.

Ability to leverage data and insights to proactively initiate impactful projects, from framing the problem to executing solutions.
