Senior Product Manager - Insurance experience OUTSIDE IR35Policy Admin and Broking SystemsThey are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the transformation project and focus on customer and sales advisor needs to prioritise feature and functionality roadmaps to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities Work closely with teams across the organisation to understand business performance, set product and technology strategy and drive business growth. Product in our context is defined as the both the end to end internal systems across a sales advisors workflow, policy admin and broking systems, and the experience the customer receives across apps, voice and other channels.Partner with enterprise architect and other technology SMES as they define the architecture blueprint. Define the goals, business capabilities and ensure the roadmap aligned to business and financial goals to drive growthUnderstand local customer and market needs to drive roadmap and strategy by being the voice of the customerPlan and implement the architectural roadmap and tech backlog to improve the customer and sales advisor experienceAssess the customer and sales advisor experience in identifying requirements that will be translated into the streamlined backlog for software deliveryVoice of the advisor: Translates advisor pain-points into tech delivery to ensure seamless workflow for advisors across the branchesLead workstreams to include analytics, customer discovery, market analysis and competitive ..... full job details .....
