The Role You will lead the core product squad responsible for designing engaging, personalised and conversion focused journeys that bring the web app to life and directly drive business growth. Own the end to end customer journey from first interaction through to fully onboarded client.Lead the core product squad responsible for client acquisition and onboarding across the web app.Design engaging, intuitive and personalised journeys for clients with varying levels of wealth and complexity.Shift the product experience from backward looking data to interactive, insight led journeys.Work closely with design, engineering, marketing and advisory teams to deliver at pace.Prioritise and manage multiple fast moving initiatives aligned ..... full job details .....
