Senior Product Manager - Developer Foundations

We are seeking a proactive and driven Product Manager to join the Developer Foundations team at Kraken. This role focuses on building products and tooling to improve software engineering standards and the developer experience, enabling fast and confident delivery for our clients. You will identify pressing problems aligned with company goals and work with experienced engineers on platform-wide initiatives.The domain for which the team is responsible includes deployment pipelines, application architecture, internal tooling, documentation, testing, security and training. This is a high-impact role aimed at improving the internal developer experience and helping the platform scale.What you\''ll doWork closely with technical stakeholders across the business and conduct user research to define product strategy that aligns with objectives and evolving needs across marketsIdentify and own metrics to measure success and communicate the value of your team\''s delivery to the broader companyCollaborate with the development team to shape the high-level roadmap and prioritise feature development across the platformEnable delivery of the roadmap by maintaining clarity on prioritisation and ensuring implementation has the greatest impact for usersCoordinate across product teams to manage dependencies and drive cross-team collaboration to deliver outcomesAct as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholdersContinue to embed product practice across Developer Foundations and the broader Platform teamsWhat you\''ll needAbility to recognise what needs to be done (and what doesn\''t) based on team goals and strategic directionBasic understanding of technical concepts such as deployment pipelines, testing methodologies and databasesAbility to work in a dynamic environment and to harness ideas from across Kraken TechnologiesExperience in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up is a plusCuriosity and a willingness to roll up your sleevesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage people with varying levels of technical knowledgeNice to haveExperience in building internal-facing toolingKnowledge of the energy industry, UK or globalKraken is a certified Great Place to Work in France, Germany, Spain, Japan and Australia.
