Senior Product Manager - Customer and Data Products Our global, award-winning client is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager - Customer and Data Products to help shape and develop its portfolio of specialist data and intelligence products. Working across Product, Research, Data, Engineering, Design, Commercial and Customer teams, you will help transform specialist market intelligence into trusted, user-friendly and commercially valuable products that support customer decision-making and business growth. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the strategy and direction of the non-GIS customer and data product portfolio. Lead customer discovery, workflow mapping, concept testing and post-launch product improvement. Identify and prioritise opportunities based on customer, market and commercial insight. Define product requirements, target users, use cases, quality standards and lifecycle strategies. Work with Research, Data and Engineering teams to turn specialist expertise into scalable product capabilities. Monitor product performance through customer feedback, usage, quality and commercial data. Improve product management processes, roadmaps and evidence-based decision-making. Coach and mentor less experienced product professionals. Build strong relationships across Product, Research, Engineering, Design and Commercial teams.
