As a Senior Product Manager, you''ll own the end-to-end product lifecycle, driving innovation, customer satisfaction, and business growth, specifically within our Business Rates line of business.In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing product strategies to help our clients manage and mitigate their business rates liabilities. This involves leveraging our proprietary data and local market insights to provide proactive and intelligent rates mitigation advice. You will be responsible for products that support our Business Rates Consultancy services. This role demands a candidate who is data-savvy, comfortable working with complex data sets, and adept at using analytics to drive product decisions. You will be responsible for leading the development and execution of a specific product or product line, ensuring it meets customer needs, market demands, and company objectives. This role requires a passion for data, a customer-centric approach, and strong collaboration across teams.Who We''re Looking For

Product Strategy and Roadmap:Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritising features and enhancements.Define and communicate the product vision and strategy.Analyse market trends and the competitive landscape.Product Development and Execution:Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.Translate high-level specifications into program specifications.Prioritise deliverables and manage the product backlog.Manage the strategic and tactical decisions for the product suite to provide product vision clarityCustomer and Market Engagement:Engage with customers to identify unmet needs and opportunities.Champion a customer-centric approach to product development.Serve as the "voice" of the customer on critical, complex products.Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX/design, sales, marketing).Manage executive stakeholder communication and reporting.Facilitate discussions, user story development and refinement.Performance and Analysis:Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).Perform analysis for build/buy/partner decisions.Establish and analyse metrics to focus efforts and investments that properly ''move the needle''.Core Competencies
