This role is key in shaping the future of Controls and Fraud Tooling across the Product. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to enable merchants to create innovative card programs tailored to their needs and drive the adoption of next-generation fraud tooling within the issuing product. They will also set the strategic direction for the Issuing Products Fraud and Control Suite, supporting new use cases. Daily tasks include understanding stakeholder pain points, prioritizing product development, and developing new customer capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the strategic development of Issuing’s card controls and fraud tooling, enabling clients to customize their card programsDrive integration and commercialization of our next-gen fraud product into the Issuing stackAct as domain expert for Card Controls and Fraud, shaping the product roadmap for a top-tier merchant experienceBuild strong partnerships with business, product, and tech stakeholders to generate momentum for mobile productsAlign cross-functional roadmaps with other product and engineering leadersDeeply understand Checkout.com’s customers, including end-users, developers, and businessesFoster relationships across your network, especially with engineering, and promote a team culture aligned with our principlesQualifications5-8 years of product management experienceExperience in Fintech, B2B, or Platform Products, especially with API and platform management [Must Have]Experience with Card Issuing [desired but not essential]Thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys taking products from 0 to 1Data-driven, leveraging insights for strategic prioritiesCustomer-focused, balancing immediate needs with future opportunitiesEnd-to-end thinking, understanding all key components for product successStrong leadership and collaboration skills across teamsEffective communicator, able to inspire and simplify complex conceptsPassionate about building impactful productsBring all of you to workWe create conditions for high performers to thrive through ownership, fewer blockers, and meaningful work.
