Shape the future of cooking and baking products.We''re looking for a creative and commercially minded Product Manager to take ownership of our Cook and Bake category and drive the next generation of products from concept to launch.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves turning ideas into real products and thrives at the intersection of product innovation, supplier collaboration, and commercial strategy.You''ll work closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, supply chain and sourcing, while managing supplier relationships internationally. The role also includes occasional overseas travel to trade shows and supplier partners across Asia and Europe.If you''re passionate about product development, consumer trends and building successful product ranges, we''d love to hear from you.What You''ll Be Doing:Own the category.Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for the Cook and Bake range.Build and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with business strategy.Lead range reviews to identify growth opportunities, innovation and optimisation.Drive product innovationLead new product development projects from concept to launch.Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to design commercially successful products.Brief packaging, photography and creative assets to ensure strong brand presentation.Work with global suppliersManage relationships with manufacturing partners.Source products with new and existing suppliers, primarily in the Far East.Oversee ..... full job details .....
