Guide the strategic direction of Trustpilot''s go-to-market tools and platforms supporting commercial, marketing, and customer service.Understand the broader business context and the operational areas your team supports to ensure fit-for-purpose technology that drives outcomes.Keep up with go-to-market technology trends to identify and implement innovative solutions with competitive advantage.Set and deliver a multi-year roadmap for the Salesforce portfolio (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud).Identify needed capabilities and determine delivery through existing or additional tools and platforms.Be accountable for end-to-end delivery of technology projects within the Salesforce portfolio, on time and within budget, to a high standard.Collaborate with functional business partners (Commercial, Marketing, CX), Product teams, and Digital Enablement teams to align roadmaps and deliver digital improvements.Lead end-to-end delivery across Salesforce platforms, managing a pipeline of bug fixes, enhancements, and user support.Balance BAU execution with strategic technical transformation, improving processes and ticket management.Provide pragmatic thought leadership on how technology shapes customer interactions across commercial, marketing, and customer experience teams.Apply AI within the Salesforce and GTM technology landscape to improve customer experience, conversion, and efficiency.Translate thought-leadership into concrete actions and implementation guidance.Provide technical leadership for Salesforce and other GTM tools and platforms.Lead, manage, and mentor a team of technology professionals (Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers) and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.Collaborate with federated admin teams to ensure aligned delivery and backlog management.Coordinate, motivate, and resource the team to meet strategic priorities and goals, ensuring platform stability and efficient GTM support.Implement effective resource planning and allocation to meet project demands.Qualifications

You bring a deep understanding of GTM technology and the platforms that enable effective commercial and customer-facing teams.You have extensive practical experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, with architecture, configuration, process design, and integration across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.You are a pragmatic AI evangelist who can inspire with a vision and deliver near-term AI-enabled improvements.You think strategically and methodically, connecting business goals to scalable technology solutions and roadmaps.You are an experienced problem-solver, comfortable navigating complexity and implementing lasting solutions.You are a skilled and decisive leader, capable of building and guiding high-performing teams through change.You are an effective communicator, able to engage stakeholders across levels and bridge technical and non-technical perspectives.You have directed project execution from start to finish, managing schedules, resources, prioritisation, and risk.You are motivated by exploring emerging technologies, particularly AI, and how they unlock new capabilities in GTM and CX.You thrive in cross-functional environments and collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Customer Service, Customer Success, Ops, and Tech teams.You adapt strategies as priorities shift in dynamic environments.Nice To Have
