Senior Product Development Manager

to join their high-performing team on a permanent basis.Working directly with the Head of Product, the

Senior Product Development Manager

will take responsibility for the following duties:Manage cross-border product structuring, identify vehicle demand drivers, client needs, and collaborate across global regions and teams.Assist the distribution team in delivering product roadmaps in EMEA and APAC by developing a Luxembourg-based vehicle product roadmap.Develop new Luxembourg-based products that ensure they meet legal, regulatory, operational, sales, marketing, and, most importantly, client requirements.Ensure the existing Luxembourg-based fund structures remain optimal from the legal, regulatory, operational, sales, marketing, and most importantly, client viewpoints by conducting research and development on enhancements.Maintain robust and efficient Luxembourg product development and management processes so that the Luxembourg-based investment funds comply with the company’s high standards and applicable laws and guidelines.The Senior Product Development Manager

will meet the following skillset:3+ years product development experience within asset management.Expertise in managing and developing Luxembourg-domiciled funds.An in-depth understanding of the investment funds industry, market, regulations, and business environment.Knowledge of all current and prospective Luxembourg product vehicles and wrappers, such as SICAVs, FCPs, and AIFs that are regulated or under supervision that are structured as UCITS (e.g. Part II, SIF, RAIF).Effective communication and relationship-building skills, particularly when working with fund boards and associated committees.Willingness for occasional travel.This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious
